Kinda wish Burke was still on SN.

“See, that is exactly what we saw in Toninato when we drafted him!”

Good name, good car.

Oilers are fine, they can always turn to Koskinen.

Yes, it is lol - I still like the Eastwood gif :thumb:
They don’t make cars like that anymore. I used to love watching Hawaii 5-0 for all of those cars McGarrett drove. Galaxy, Coronet etc

And just think GM blew it with the 2000's GTO.

I always had a soft spot for the G6.

/The early 00’s Grand Prix was the last great American sedan far as I’m concerned. GM killed the wrong brand when they axed Pontiac and kept fucking Buick to sell rebadged Opels to the Chinese.

The Opel Manta "A" from the mid 70's was a great car.
My dad had one and unfortunately it was gone before I had a chance to drive it.

EDIT: Speaking of the Manta:

EDIT: Speaking of the Manta:
The Manta was maybe the only cool car Opel ever made. The GT was a poor man’s Datsun 240z

The Oilers of cars!

I had a friend across the street from me as a kid who’s mom had one of these and I thought it was an old shitbox and they must really not care about spending money on cars.

It was only when I got older that I realized it was newer than my old man’s Bonneville lol

The car itself was a good one, along with it's sister the G8. GM needed to get the crazy Australian monsters from Holden over here, but by using a well respected nameplate turned a lot of people off. They were good cars by GM standards.

The same applies to the new "Mustang" electric car. Every time I see one, I get ill.

Remember when Ford made a crossover and called it a Taurus?
