you are welcome to vent all you want but Towers is not the main reason for the Dbacks losses or failure's. I do think next year we stick together and stay strong and we will be in NL playoffs. Mark my words. We were never banking on being a true contender this year anyways. At least I wasn't.

I would be fine with firing Gibby. He stayed way too long with sub par players this year (Kubel, Hernandez, McCarthy, Bell) I'm sure I'm forgetting someone.

At the beginning no one had us contending,this year was supposed to be a development year. But seeing how amazing Goldy has played and how well Corbin has pitched, its frustrating. That period where this whole division sucked for a month and we failed to build a bigger lead was our downfall.

We need to overhaul on the bullpen during free agency... add a closer like Rodney or Balfour then sign a GOOD lefty specialist.

I would not be opposed to trying to trade for an impact bat either... we need to take full advantage of our depth in the trade market.
