They certainly aren't playing to their normal level. I expected some trouble with the offense, but not this much dysfunction from the defense.

Penn State might be the best team in the Big Ten. Their loss to MSU was a weird game with a long weather delay, and they lost by a point to OSU in Columbus. OSU just manhandled USC. Washington had their work cut out for them tonight.
