I liked Journey a lot better before the Steve Perry period.
Their 1st 3 albums are their best imho.
Rolie & Schon were also singers when they were with Santana...before Journey.

Love a lot of their tunes, but I can't say that I see Kiedis as having a great voice or great singing ability. He is good enough and has a great stage presence, maybe comparable to Jagger?
Every time my wife sees a picture of Kiedis, she says Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. Quite likely given what I know about him....

Actually view him as a better rapper than singer! By The Way for example...
