Great article. In High School in Detroit in the 70's, I worked for the counselor during one period. I remember him getting a transcript for a kid and changing grades so the kid could qualify. He'd pull the door closed and have me read off a list of grades. He'd get out the official pen and change the grades.

Sad for Jackson.
