The entire fanbase at Radio City Hall was chanting "We want Sapp, we want Sapp!" (remember seeing it in a draft blunders vid on youtube).

Even the fans knew what was better. Considering the Jets were decent in the late 90s, Sapp might have actually gotten them to the Super Bowl in 98 when they were 12-4. The one thing they lacked was a good defensive pass rush. Yah Sapp only had 7 sacks but no doubt he was a consistent monster in the pass rush dept. Mo Lewis PAVED the way (lol) with 7 sacks OH BOY! Meanwhile Kyle Brady TORE it up with a whopping 30 or so receptions.

Mo Lewis should have a statue in front of Gillette Stadium. If not for him there might not be a Tom Brady.

I kind of think this is why it was just a fine. He was gone no matter what. NFL had to do something, so this was it. No biggie. Just glad it is over...

I just have a hard time thinking about what "proof/evidence" the NFL needs to take this long on to "find"

Thank God the Jets aren't losing draft picks. One of the most enjoyable things to watch in the draft is the Jets' hilarious picks.

Draft is always in New York.. one of the reasons we can enjoy this.

Draft this year is in Chicago... I hope (as a Packers fan) we can enjoy the Bears fans reactions
