If they stay in the first the only guy i see as a difference maker is Guice. I don't see them drafting a guy for development in the first. More likely they trade down.
I think they'd like a shot at reid in the second but depending on how far down they go....

Hurst scares me, he'll be 25 when the season starts ... his body is already 2-3 years more developed than most rookies. Like a Senior in high school playing on the JV squad which makes him look good. Not saying he's a bad player, but his ceiling is limited once he moves up in competition. Could be good in the short term I guess, but he'll already be 30 by his 2nd contract.

Anther Danny Watkins?

I am like 90% sure we are trading down, and so I am meh on this draft night. But I will be watching to see how the Browns manage to fuck this up.

I'm going on a limb and saying Connor Williams. Versatility and game tape is good. I suspect a trade down though as well and maybe get him with their trade down pick.

I agree except that his ceiling is limited. He is the most polished TE of them all. Can block and catch. He is more developed but not sure how much that matters when all the DE's he has blocked are bigger than him. Takes technique vs SEC DE's. He isn't faster because he is older. So getting open is other factors. Don't think he is a good pick for us but he could be the best of them all though it may not last long.

Even when you don't factor in the physical affects, 3 years matters at that age. He's still more emotionally and mentally experienced than the kids he's facing. That makes the whole game easier for him. Risky.

Sony Michel has a bone on bone knee condition ... with it being such a deep RB draft he could drop.

isn't that what Ajayi has.

Plus we red shirted a few picks from last year.
AND that.

Basically adding a top DB prospect and mid-level LB and RB prospects without drafting anybody.

All of this for me! It isn't all that exciting to a casual draft fan....and that isn't a bad thing.

Only change for me....I am not watching. I see no point in listen to ALL the blather from the talking heads, the nonsense with Goddell, the fake ass hugs with players. Blah....it is bad TV.

What is interesting is the strategy of the teams and all of those ins and outs. I am very intrigued by this (including remaining hopeful the Giants cant resist one of these QBs at 2.....I do not want to see Barkley twice a year). All of this can be more easily followed online (yep old duke....on my PC) then watching and listening to all the blah blah blah.

Though I don't think it happens, I think if Taven Bryan or Vander Esch are there at 32 taking either

I think there will be an excellent BPA player available at 32, I don't like the trade down there, would rather stay put at 32 then trade up into the 3rd with combo of later picks.

Sony Michel looks good if he drops.
