Well, @Chef99 @SteelersPride all fine advise, and yes Steeler we did grossly over-value Green last yr - as I'm sure everyone else had someone they did on occasion.
As for actively 'shopping' understand that my partner is totally consumed with taxes this time of yr and I just don't feel right going 'lone wolf' throwing offers out there. I can maybe get in a few words with him if we GET an offer on the table - but other than that, we barely communicate until after mid-April.
