When I went to bed last night it was 5-1 Mariners. So it was a pleasant surprise
this morning to read that our Sox had pulled it out. And the Sinstripes loss
also was an enjoyable bit of news.

Would be nice if we never trailed at all tonight, wouldn't it?

While he hasn't won them all, Harang has pitched well enough in his last five starts to lower his ERA from 6.70 to 4.92....

Maybe tonight will be a 1-0 pitchers duel...

A pleasant thought for Red Sox fans:

Going into tonight the Sinstripes are 2 1/2 games behind in the Wild Card race.

Sox winning the division while Yankees miss the postseason altogether is something I would love to see happen. Not something I'd risk any money on, however.
