The Spurs pushed the Warriors last year, and the Spurs could do so again. After the season, the Warriors GM was on local radio saying how the Warriors couldn't really rest because of how phenomenal the Spurs were.

That was Miami. Steph is one of the PGs that has no problem sharing & neither do Dray & Klay. They already share the ball so this won't be a problem. I'm guessing that's probably one of the reasons he agreed to sign with them.

That may be true again, but I am not sure the number 1 seed is as important anymore. They are good enough to cruise the playoffs now, but only if they are healthy and rested.

On another site, some fan thanked Harrison Barnes for his amazing sacrifice in the Finals to ensure that the Warriors got Durant.

I'm happy because Barnes had plenty of time to get his game back on track. He wasn't able to do it. Also, he went 3-10 in game 7 so he had an opportunity to be the savior but couldn't deliver. That was his last chance.

They are improved on paper, but sometimes superstars games clash with each other. Both Durant and Curry will get less touches. Let's see how each one reacts knowing they are not "the guy" anymore. Also, it will be interesting to see what kind of depth they will retain.

They are both not that kind of player, it will work fine. But with Barnes, Bogut, and Ezeli now leaving they do need a functional defense-only center, and they have no more room to add. Their bench centers will have to step up.

This guarantees nothing by the way. We thought this year was a lock for Warriors Spurs WCF with the winner beating the Cavs easy. Not how it happened.
