Yeah, it does kind of sound like he got fired as much as for being a douche-canoe as anything else he did. The cap stuff was hit and miss but that doesn't just make the rest of the stuff he did go poof either.

He say's "no talent to win" last week the damn near pull off the upset, what happens now with the remaining three games for the Browns? Players might say "screw it" after these comments and they could just bag it...And not try to up their game

All right let me "rephrase" that quote:

The rookies that played this year and were drafted by the former front office, would they be willing to resign after their rookie contracts come up after hearing the new guy in charge make comments like this?

Honestly, I don't mind that message. He's telling the truth, the players aren't getting it done, but neither are the coaches. If you read between the lines, he's basically saying the methods of the previous front office didn't get it done and the players need to step up and play to keep their jobs.

He’s like- not though based on points spread, the OL, Njoku, Coleman, Garrett, Ogbah, and so on. It’s objectively a nonsensical comment unless it’s actually about the Farmer regime- then yeah i can think of some “not real players” picks like Manziel.

eh, i think the previous regime (Sashi and Depodesta and their group) messed up a lot of draft picks, free agent signings, and trades and that's what Dorsey is referring to ... and their 1-28 record over that span backs him up ... i suppose we will agree to disagree on this one.

I also think it does fall on the coaching staff on how they push the players. If anything their defense is well ahead of the offense, and the last time I checked Hue was calling the offense.
