Who would your first 4 picks be? You can make trades but be realistic about it.


Assuming no trade down:

1. Mosley
2. Ward(he's been falling) if not maybe Terrence Brooks
3. Breedland
3. Abbrederis

Just tinkering around. We could pass on Mosley and go in a different direction and take Borland in round 2.

1.) Mosley (though talking to some people health is a MAJOR concern, if that's true then he will faaaall)
-In that case I'd take Jimmie Ward. Now that Ward is healthy and running team's have recognized is ball skills, versatility and coverage ability. In terms of coverage, he is the mod Earl Thomas-like player in this class.

2.) Pierre Desir, CB Lindenwood: CB is a need for us. Tramon has one year left, Shields our only other outside CB. Desir is a small-school guy but he is a top talent. May not even make it to us in the 2nd, if he is there I take him.

3.) DaQuan Jones, DT, Penn State: Jones has become one of my favorite players in this class. Major disruptive force on interior defensive line, can play NT (IMO). Skilled pass-rusher, size helps him plug gaps and take away interior running lanes

3.) C.J. Fiedorowicz, TE, Iowa: Kinda like Seferian-Jenkins. He is a skilled blocker, which we need (considering our best blocker at the position is Bostick). He is an underrated WR, not gifted athlete but size and power helps him.

I wouldn't turn my nose up at that draft at all but I don't think Ward is worth a first...he most likely can be had at least half a round later. If we take him with our first pick I would hope we trade down to about #40

If we can trade down to the 30-35 range and get Ward I am in LOVE. For me he is second best safety in this class. Fits perfectly into a Dom Capers' defense and with what we need. If we can trade down and get him between 30-35, sign me up NOW
