I decided to sit down and watch them play George Washington. GW is pretty good but omg is DePaul the laziest/stupidest bball team ive seen all season. I cant believe Purnell makes 1.8 mil

Pretty much non-stop from about 1958 to 1992. They had 1 losing season in 38 years (58 to 95). If they can ever make themselves Chicago's team again (via their new South Side arena), they are a sleeping giant.

My hunch is when they move to the South Side, they fire Purnell an bring in a top AAU coach or Robert Smith from Simeon. Once they actually play in the city near all the recruits, there is no excuse for them not to be a top 20 program.

they had a couple good seasons with quentin Richardson and bobby simmons. it has been awhile. with all the talent in Chicago, it is sickening how bad they have been. they are bulding a new stadium in the city. many are expecting the program to turn around. we will see.
