Well...yes. To some extent. I don't think there's much argument that Peppers will succeed at whatever position he ends up at. Problem is that he's all over the place so doesn't have the stats at one position that others do.

I haven't seen him prove he's elite at the level Williams has, not even close. If not for his insane recruiting hype, he would be a decent player in most objective fans' eyes.
Man you need a life if it bothers you that much that I see things from national journalists about college football, in the off season mind you, and post them on the board dedicated to college football. Yes Michigan is ranked on the list, but it also discusses 10 other teams. So stop being an ass hat, discuss college football, or don't. But whining about a fan posting links that shed a positive light on their team is just pathetic.

That's a bit of a stretch. He was adequate at each position he played. Being plugged in at a bunch of positions doesn't make you elite. Tim Williams is an elite player, Peppers hasn't proven to be. So far he's been a ton of sizzle with little steak.
