For those of you who aren't the OP, Collider Heroes, a youtube show, had Rob Liefeld on yesterday. He's the actual creator of Deadpool, and, after seeing the movie twice, he says it's amazing. The guy couldn't have been a better ambassador for the film, and seeing as he had nothing to do with its production, along with the fact that he created the character, I'm gonna go ahead and retain my excitement for Deadpool!

and its rated R, you wouldnt take your kids to a rated R movie.

I am glad I have different tastes than my 4 year old, and don't think that is a problem that I like things that aren't fun or appropriate for them.


Saying Deadpool is a letdown because it is rated R, is like going to a Disney princess movie and walking out upset because of there wasn't enough frontal nudity or drug use.



So no, you wouldn't take your kids to this, or American Sniper, or Saving Private Ryan, or Ted, or Pretty Woman or... Doesn't mean I don't want to go.

I like things my kids probably don't. Just because my kid would be bored out of his mind visiting the Louvre doesn't make that a waste of time.

He invented everything but his feet. Deadpool is the only good thing that hack's ever done.

It's awesome Fox is taking the chance on a comic book movie with an R rating. It's a risk, and I'll be in the theater to support it. I haven't seen one thing in the run up to worry me. It looks awesome and fun. Even ad campaign has been fantastic. My nipples could cut glass right now.

Eh, nothing spectacular... I did go into it thinking it would be god awful but it wasn't "god awful" it was better than expected but I wouldn't waste an actual movie price on it... Netflix/Redbox
