I had Donte Jackson typed in for my Raiders pick but switched at the last second. Raiders really need to fill someone in at RT and liked some CB's in rd 3 or 4 oppose to OT's. But that is great value.

I contradicted myself a bit there. I think most of the top CBs have a wide draft range and specific scheme fits. I'm not going to be surprised if some of them get drafted really high (Jaire Alexander) or if some of them fall.

In terms of value, you probably want to be on the back end of the top CBs, imo.

Chuck said he wasn't available for awhile and I could do what I wanted...no bites on a trade, so I guess I'll make a pick...

Tim Settle is a great pick. Perhaps my most underrated player in the draft this year.
The Colts are killing it! They have a ton of needs but filling up good value with their selections with high upside.

I actually like Omar's first two picks on the Bears. I think thats pretty much best case scenario for them.

Yeah, his Bears draft is nice too. You could even swap Nelson and Edmunds and it would still work for both teams.

I like Edmunds a lot but I think whoever takes him might have to do so under the idea that he might not even play in his first year. With his age, thats not a big deal but I'm not sure if teams picking in the top half of rd1 will have that luxury.

Nelson is a no-brainer. Five years from now Edmunds might be better but you draft Nelson and you have your guard spot locked down for the next decade.

The fervor with which you unabashedly lust after me, even after all these years, would almost be flattering if it weren't so pathetic. Almost.

I have always been, and still remain, woefully and completely out of your league, Chuckers. I suppose I can't blame you for the pining, but I'm afraid this ship has sailed.

You ain’t all that anymore. Old and wrinkled. Two snaps and Chuck has moved on!

The Green Bay Packers GM has given me permission to negotiate a trade up from his 4th round pick #101. PM me if you’re interested. He’s looking to move up as far as possible to get his targeted player.

Jesse Bates is a fantastic pick here. I have him rated as an early second rounder. Nearly took him over Ronnie Harrison for the Bengals last round. Have both rated similar.

I have been seeing him in the early 2nd in a lot of mocks and according to walterfootball rumors (which is worth about nothing, but they are right about some of them sometimes), there are quite a few teams with their eyes on him in the 2nd round. I can see him gaining some steam and shooting up the boards at the last minutes before the draft and end up in the 1st round like Jimmy Ward and Eric Reid. Maybe the 9ers end up taking him at 9.

Ward shot up like a cannon. I will always remember him for picking off Jake Ruddock of Iowa to seal a victory vs Iowa seemed like from there he really took off as a prospect.

Eric Reid was a stud since his FR year. I actually thought he might go earlier then he did. (Not that he went low because he went what? 18th? But at one point he looked like a possible top 10 pick.

I could easily see Bates sneaking, creeping and blowing up right before the draft.

Obviously I like Bates. Really like the Shaquem Griffin pick. Never bet against a guy with that heart and those skills. He’ll start out as a situational pass rusher and special teams guy, but I can see him blowing up.
