@femurov and I have a trade if his player is still available. I texted him.

Redskins #44 for Bills #53, #121 with the understanding GM Femurov knows he can not take my player Bo Jackson.

The trade was offered as Baltimore for picks #52 and #118 for #44. I will do that deal.

If I had know @ThinMan was partaking in this glorious draft I would have told @Draft Crazy to shove it. :suds:

The fervor with which you unabashedly lust after me, even after all these years, would almost be flattering if it weren't so pathetic. Almost.

I have always been, and still remain, woefully and completely out of your league, Chuckers. I suppose I can't blame you for the pining, but I'm afraid this ship has sailed.

I'm repping the Chiefs in another mock that starts tomorrow and I'd be pretty psyched to have a perfect Hali replacement like Lorenzo Carter drop in my lap at 54.

CB is definitely the top Chiefs need but if the value is in pass rusher then they should go that route.

I dont think they'll do that in real life.

BeliChuck and I thought about trying to trade up for Carter or Sweat, we're a little spare on mid-round picks, though.

With that in mind, Pats will consider moving down a bit from 63 to pick up an asset or two in the 4th-5th round range.

For what it’s worth. . . I like the Orlando Brown pick. Get him in shape and motivated and he will be a monster. I’d lean towards moving him inside to guard, but that’s me. 2nd was a little early, but he was high on our value list.

Nos is drafting all of the CBs and Guards. Thats consistency.

Orlando Brown is one of those guys that you'd have to interview. I personally wouldn't draft him until rd4 because getting into shape is something pretty trucking basic. He only has 2 jobs: play football and stay in shape.

I like Orlando Brown a lot. Obvious concerns there but to get him at the end of round 2 is pretty darn appealing.

I am really surprised Donte Jackson was still available at this point. Wish I had needed a CB with one of my teams. Just didn't fit.

I'm not surprised he fell at all. He is talented but I'm sure a lot of people on here probably didnt want to draft someone that couldn't press at all.

A late 2nd rounder for a guy who COULD be a all pro LT or he could continue being lazy. Boom or Bust. He had the size, the family heritage and can obviously play but needs to be a fighter and stay in shape. I think late 2nd to early 3rd is a good place for him.

Re: DonteJackson

Depends on your scheme. Lots of schemes he fits into. I am not saying people are stupid for not taking him. I am just surprised he was still there.

I was surprised to see him there, too. Flashes a ton of speed but even as CB desperate as the Chiefs were, I don't blame the GM for not taking him. Chiefs DBs are generally pretty physical. Sometimes to their detriment.
