It's official, Pettine is going to the Browns. Our revamped defense has probably just taken a big hit. Hopefully, next man up will keep up the progression. As to who it will be, I have no clue. Someone in the system now? I think I'd prefer to keep the same philosophies, if possible, as to stay on the same page with our young defense...

...also, I wonder if the new hire will have any influence on either side of any chance of signing Byrd.
