Thanks guys. It is just lucky for the Buckeyes that this was the first year of the playoffs. They wouldn't have had the opportunity if it were the old system.

Shows how biased and probably wrong the old system was. Of course some would say the committee got it wrong by choosing tOSU over TCU but then maybe it should have been TCU instead of FSU, Bama or Oregon... :D

Looking at bowl records, leaving out a BXII representative was justified. But by pure resume this was probably how it should have been.

It's fair to say that BXII was one of the lesser P5 conferences.

That was what I pointed to after everybody started complaining about TCU being left out, and the fact TCU struggled against Kansas of all teams. My comment was supposed to be funny thus the :D

Even so, TCU seemed like the better team. If it had been on a neutral field, Baylor likely loses that game, but it doesn't matter now, tOSU has been vindicated.

Again, it was humor poking at those who said TCU should have been included. Fact is the Big XII sucks right now, even before the bowls their out of conference record was nothing to prove otherwise.

Couldn't possibly be more impressed with this team from top-to-bottom. What they did after the Tech loss to tonight was beyond impressive.

For awhile it seemed like OSU got a lot better once they started playing B1G teams. I wasn't fully convinced how good they were till January 1st. Seeing WI manhandle Auburn is what convinced me finally that OSU may have done something special. Tonight was almost unthinkable though. Just utter domination.

That red zone defense was impressive, to say the least. You guys embarrassed the Oregon offense. 10 points off 4 turnovers is unacceptable.

Baylor wide receiver simply falls instead of stretching hand out for a facemask, and that game is OVER and the bowl records all even up around .500.

Congrats to the Buckeyes, very impressive performance last night. Oregon defense got pushed around all night on line of scrimmage.

Thanks. This was a great statement to the CFB world. Hopefully, the B1G will turn it around going forward. I'm still enjoying the champagne.:suds:
