It was a good football game.
I'll give Saban credit for benching Hurts and going with that youngster in a difficult
situation.
He remember how helpless Bama was vs Auburn when they had to come from behind.
I really think he wanted to see if what he was witnessing in practice was the real thing
and I don't believe he was real thrilled with a few of his other offensive players either.
They had that other freshman playing running back in the 4th quarter also.
He showed a lot of confidence in his coaching and/or he was sending a message to
his returning players that you will be focused on the game at hand or you will ride the
pine.
