I get it. Football is an emotional sport. In the moment, you get a sack, it's great. Add in a caused fumble, which your teammate recovers and yes, you should have a moment.

However, let me paint you a picture of an Anthony Edwards sack-fumble....

Edwards is the left DT for the Niners. John Miller is the Right Guard for the Bills. John Mills is the Right Tackle for the Bills (unfortunately). The play is a run behind Miller and Mills. Eric Wood, the Center for the Bills takes his man (the Right DT for the Niners). Bunch formation to the right with two TE have the LE. So, that leaves Miller and Mills to handle Edwards and the MLB. Instead of doubling him and maybe one escaping to the LB, Miller accelerates to the second level not even reaching the LB before the sack-fumble. Mills takes a step back, as if in pass pro, and like he wasn't there, let Edwards go right by him... I mean, not even an attempt.

Still following? So Edwards is on Tyrod's back before the hand off occurs and the ball is fumbled and recovered by the Niners. Yes... Edwards should be happy about that... but must he act like he just ran threw a double team to do it?

The only thing I'll give him is that it was still 0-0 in the 1st quarter.... although it's not like he would have acted any different if he did while down 45-16 in the 4th.

End of rant.

p.s.
I actually like how Brady Quinn calls a game.

Cubs and Indians in the Show.

Should be good.

Poor Kershaw couldn't dominate which seems to be the only way the Dodgers win.

Nice to see Puig GDP to end it!

I think that is probably the greatest thing to happen in baseball in a numbers of years. Two teams with loooong history of blowing it or not even be contenders - now someones history has to change.
I really think it would be great if the first game in Cleveland featured Charlie Sheen throwing out the first pitch to 'Wild Thing' playing in the background. ... that would be sort of corny, but classic !!!

If Charlie hadn't had such an epic meltdown, I doubt it would even be a question. they'd probably beg him to do it

Well, maybe Uecker as a guest announcer - guess they'd have to get permission from the Brewers though. ...

I think Bill Murray was drunk singing "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" during the 7th inning stretch since he encouraged everyone to sing it like Daffy Duck. Was funny tho.

Funny, unless you were sitting under the press box where he was slurring and slobbering all over the place. thought he dropped the mic over the ledge when he was through. Too many Old Styles for that guy last night!

This is like watching paint dry.

Stephon Gilmore can't cover Chris Hogan. The first round pick, who is paid too much can't cover the former third receiver who they wouldn't pay.... a very easy price.

All Gilmore is good at is hiding his dirty holding skills.

As a follow up to this "Not my Sunday" commerical...

...they should pan out from Dolphins' Hard Rock stadium on game day and show an entire harbor of boats floating around crashing into each other.

These TNF games where the teams wear all one color....

add a few question marks on them and they all can look like the Riddler.

Lots of calls not going the Bills way.
Just worried about you, brother.
You're awfully quiet.

Robert Woods catches a first down. Like all idiots, he signals "first down", with the ball in his hand. Seattle's defender swats the ball... Woods holds it, and reaffirms his first down signal. Penalty on Buffalo. :L

I mean, I hate first down signals and sack celebrations, but WTF? If anyone should be penalized in that circumstance, it's the defender.

I could go on and on, but I don't feel like getting enraged again.

...and everyone else.... Clean out your ears and give these a listen...

Do you remember this scene from Remember the Titans?

Sounds similar to the guitar riff from Reptilia?
