Think it was the same day, I was watching part of the Kings v Sharks.
Funny how Budaj is suddenly worthy of a roster spot now that Quick is out.

Haven't really been in hockey mode this year, Joe. Year after year, I get further and further away. Much like how basketball disappeared on me about ten years ago... although I liked hockey more than basketball, so the slope is longer.

Think its the new offense they've been employing this season with all the short quick passes. Doesn't work with a man down, but yea, with the increased focus on speed and counter punch, you'd think they'd at least have 1 by now.
And I feel like they've given up 10 already this season, but its probably more like 3-5.

Nope... retired. Although my buddy is hard after me to join his dynasty. I just don't have it in me anymore. Rather over analyze baseball around this time of year.

I get the same across all my buddies that do hockey, basketball, and baseball.
Since they know that I'm really into the football side, they always just assume that I play fantasy year round.

So far, only football for me.
Might try my hand at fantasy golf, but that would require that I pay attention to and watch golf.

With Tarasenko on the PK... I was stunned to hear STL has been blanked on the shorties.

Tried a fantasy hockey rottiserie league about a dozen years ago.
Though I finished 2nd, it drove me crazy toying with the lineups EVERY SINGLE DAY.
And wingers and D-men had game limits.... not to mention you really had to be on top of who was in net.

Never again.

crazy that SD won't have an NFL team, know the pain, still think its a shame for the NFL to turn its back on cities, but its the nature of their business.

I don't get it either.
In the past, small markets like Buffalo, Jacksonville and San Diego were always rumored to be losing their team.
Small markets that have a reputation for winning never seem to be discussed like Green Bay and Pittsburgh.
But with the TV deal that all NFL teams share, I'm kind of perplexed that moving teams is a good business move.
