Not usually a fan of Rouhier but this is correct and guess what QB was involved in three of those seasons .... yep ... Kirk Cousins ... one of the 10-6 seasons he was the winning QB against Cleveland and Baltimore. He did not win the Baltimore game (a punt return did) but he brought the team from behind. He was also the QB during one of the 9-7 seasons and the 8-7-1 season. Gruden was HC for three of those seasons. Sometimes guys don't suck as much as you think. LOL, he actually got Washington to the playoffs more often than Minnesota.
