Embarrassing - Avs with just 12 shots on goal and Erik Johnson gets two shots blocked in the final 30 seconds

Not embarrassing, but certainly pathetic. at least we steadily improved our SOG each period 3-4-5

Even in the 3rd when the sense of urgency should be highest we only had 1 SOG at the 6 min mark....

It's embarrassing especially after their goal going into the game was to attack more at the net - that was the worst possible outcome tonight

Just finished watching my tape of last night's game. What a nail-bitter of a finish!

Loved seeing my man Spurgeon score the early goal. Great all around effort by Minny - except maybe Suter, who seemed to be having a sub-par night.

Without Varly in net, I suspect that the Avs wouldn't have kept that game even remotely close.

Looking forward to Saturday night.

Obviously love getting it tied 2-2 but man that game 1 choke job stings now more than ever.

The Wild have controlled this series and only held serve. Need to keep playing like this tomorrow and burry there chances!!!

This has been an awesome series so far. I know the Avs are going to come out guns blazing in game 5 but if we can keep the pressure on and keep getting pucks deep and wear em down this series should be ours. Those young Avs players looked exhausted last night

Patrick Roy: "We're right there with them - Now we have to put our balls on the table"

Nice.

There was a poster named falconski that was an Avs fan here for a while, but he hasn't posted in a couple of years. Also there's a guy that goes by the handle KwitYourWhinin who pops in every once in a while to tell us to, you know, stop whining.

I'm more a fan of the Dives myself

Although with that being said, I like this Colorado team with Patty Roy as their head coach.

I give you a pass though....being a flames fan and all....whining is compulsory in calgary for obvious reasons
