Once again, the 18-month thing applies only in terms of how lost play is calculated. A player's entire history can be considered.

I just saw the Bickell knee, and that shithead should've been suspended as well. As for being a repeat offender, it doesn't really matter (see tweet above). They can still consider his entire history.
