The refs are making the Mizzou Illinois game completely unwatchable. This game is physical every year but you can't play defense anymore apparently

There's lots of fans complaining. Games are a half hour longer. I think this is going to be readdressed next off season.

I spoke too soon. Game is getting good again but I agree that this year is just going to be a special year. You can't play 'Big 10' defense this year. Illinois' small guys are playing big, though.

I'm not sure what to take away from the game. The refing was terrible on both sides for the whole 2nd half though that last foul was legit. Illinois was able to drive and finish over bigger defenders with high shots pretty routinely. Illinois got all of the 50/50 balls but I dont think it was a case of them wanting it more.

Its just how basketball works. Mizzou's hero ball offense works but they didnt finish down the stretch.

I always thought that if u took your 2 steps and lost the ball u couldn't be the first person to touch it again. am I wrong? he also traveled once he recovered the ball

Illini Mizzou got into an altercation before game... That's why refs didn't let them play. Or at least that's my guess. Some refs suck tho

Yeah, its usually a tough, close game. Last year's game was like a UFC match. Usually one of the teams fold down the stretch and this year it was Mizzou

ECU @ NC State. NC State spanked ECU 90 - 79.

UMass @ FSU. FSU pulls it out, but UMass got robbed on the home town hanging on the rim call.

tOSU @ ND....tOSU pulls it out in the end.

Zags @ KSU....Gonzaga is the most overrated team in bball. KSU wins by 10.

MSU @ TX....MSU wins big.

OU @ ATM Oklahoma taking it to ATM

BYU @ Oregon I expected more but Oregon still gets the win.

OSU @ CO. OSU winning in Colorado is a good win.

ILL @ Mizz. Illinios had oregon down 10 at Oregon and slowed the tempo down. Our 2 freshman guards from Simeon need more clock - they played with Jabari Parker at Simeon in Chicago. 4 consecutive Class 4A championships!!!! Never been done. Mizzou has skated on a light schedule, but is very athletic. I'll go ILLINOIS!!

ECU @ NC State. NC State needs to win and I'm not sure who East Carolina is this year. A nine point loss to Duke tells me they can play. NC State has a decent win....their last game @ TN....but that's not signature either. My pick...NC State.

UMass @ FSU. My pick....SEMINOLES

tOSU @ ND....ND is a very tough to win at. This is not a gimmie for the buckeyes. My pick is still the Golden Domer Homers

Zags @ KSU.... I'll go with KSU at home.

MSU @ TX....TX won at UNC because UNC couldn't make free throws. I like MSU.

OU @ ATM.....A good match up, but OU is too much. OU.

BYU @ Oregon....Oregon...another unbeaten and going to stay that way. This team is really athletic, plays good D, and can get up and down the floor.

I don't see any games that scream national consideration today, but some games worth catching if your locked inside cause of the ice storm....


SC (7-4) is @ Dayton....Dayton giving up 11 points. Vegas doesn't give SC a chance.

Ohio is @ Richmond.

Val @ UCF will be a good game.

UConn travels out to Washington trying to rebound from the turible performance against Stanford.

St Marys draws Hawaii at 11:30pm et.

BSU is tuff too and they start off against a 3 - 5 South Carolina.
