Guy catches the ball and takes 3 steps in the endzone and then gets tackled and the ball comes loose and there is still a question as to whether it is a TD.

NFL rules killing the game as well.

Good call. The guy in the booth talking about going to the ground doesn't know wtf he's talking about. Keeping possession to the ground only applies when falling while making the catch. Tate wasn't falling while making the catch. The only question was whether he established possession.
