we did have alot of problems and injuries on the defense last season. but some of it was getting behind in critical games. we have to be able to get leads and our defense will have alot of chances to get our pass rush going. we definitely have the personell to put a QB under some serious pressure when we know they are passing. there will be alot more activity along the front seven now.

Wright and Conte seemed fairly solid before this last season? I wonder how much the poor play from the front 7 factored in to their poor play?

BD i definitely agree there. i thought major wright was pretty good- not great but good. Conte just got blamed because the spotlight was on him. it shouldnt get to our last line of defense like that, disrupt up front and the clear throws dwindle down immediatly.
