I know it's preseason but the 49ers are miles away from where it needs to be right now. Pass blocking is god awful.

Yeah, they are saying the line isn't giving him time? Seems a bit odd for them, but it's still preseason. I wouldn't worry about their ability to score in the regular season if there aren't major injuries.

Yep. You want to look somewhat decent with your starters in preseason games 2 & 3 at least.

Mike Holmgren talked about Farve one preseason on his radio show up here. Said Farve went out on the 3rd preseason game and threw a pick his first pass and when he came back he took his helmet off and announced he had enough.

Better to quit when you aren't doing well anyway than keep going while you are not in sync.

It's just preseason.
