Kind of a head scratcher to me. Terry Rozier is firmly entrenched as the backup PG, with Smart also taking on some PG time too. Maybe Larkin didn't have many other offers to come back to the NBA, but he's going to be buried on the bench. Makes more sense if the Celtics attempt to trade Rozier at some point, but right now, they just have a glut of guards and wings.

yeah...i dont see the need, aside from depth, but they have guys that have worked in brads system that can be that depth.
