I always thought CC was gonna go down hill when his leg kick lowers and it changes his delivery. This should put him back to a good throwing motion.

Two years in already and still hasn't thrown one pitch in the Bronx yet. Who knew a shoulder could be that fragile?

It's got to be uncomfortable going into a windup with that much excess weight clinging to your body.

Shit, it's got to be uncomfortable just sitting around so heavy!

The weight lose should definitely help him age better as a pitcher but I'm interested to see how this effects his velocity.
