Agreed. Heyward's defensive abilities would play very well in San Fran. Great clubhouse guy, only 26 years old. His gap power would lead to a ton of doubles/triples there. The other option I like better than Cespedes is J Upton.

Respectfully disagree. Earlier projections had him getting up to 10/200. Seeming outrageous numbers, but he's only 26, and that's "only" $20mm/yr. We can still afford that next year, and for the years following, it just becomes part of the equation.

I don't think money would be the real issue, IMHO.
