Arians is a great players coach. He and Roethlisberger had a father/son relationship in his time in the Burgh. And considering who they are replacing in Wis, who was a no nonsense type guy, I think this move makes sense.

I wish him luck. Arians is a good guy.

He was made a scapegoat by Art Rooney II. Ever since Dan Rooney handed over the keys of the franchise to sonny, the team has been trending down.

First thing on Arians' to do list is to find a franchise QB. Hope he gets one.
