It's fine, very aggressive D from both sides. Refs throwing hankies on both sides it would appear so far.

I was more mad at this than the last two passes for negative six yards. Go for it! Frustrated but not going to read stuff if I can help it.

I was floored at the amount of penalties that killed drives and obvious scoring opportunities. A false start and a dropped pass by Avery on Denver's 30 yd. line right off the bat set an awful tone for the game. Incredibly disappointed in the offense given the absolutely uncalled for penalties they committed. The worst sin of all was the Sherman fumble. That probably takes away, at minimum, 3 points right there and Denver comes right back to score a TD to add insult to injury. Just an awful game in terms of execution on a night where the offense could move the ball in a semi-competent manner at times.

Well, after this week, the Chiefs are giving up ~4.2 YPC to RB's, not very good, but I think there is a good chance that will come down in the next two weeks. I am much more concerned about the run D against a mobile QB like RG3 or even Pryor.

I honestly thought the run defense was the one area in that defense that the Broncos could really expose and use to keep Manning upright. Now they did stay balanced to help the run/pass ratio and keep Manning up but was definitely impressed especially with Poe and his ability to make plays in the run game. Eric Berry as well just looks like a man possessed on the field.

Yep, run D's gotta get tougher, and the receivers HAVE to make catches. O-line's playing a bit better IMO, though. Seems like they MIGHT be starting to get it...

Should be a simpler task to stop the Chargers at home. I honestly want to see a game where we throttle a team on Offense as well as Defense. We had a nice a nice drive, a nice quarter, a nice half, but never a full game. Rather irritating for me as the offensive talent outside of WR is not exactly horrible. The O-line (mostly Fisher) gets better every week slowly. There is potential on offense, the drops and penalties have got to stop or whatever talent does exist was for naught.
