Wonder if current Wisconsin DC and former Denver Bronco Jim Leonard shared some inside info with the Broncos on these two guys.

Barring a trade, that should be the last Broncos pick of the 2022 draft. I give the draft a solid A.

B, B-on paper for me. This did not seem like a bpa draft. This seemed somewhat targeted, and in spots where much better talent was available. But time will tell. I still unreservedly trust Paton.

I don't think anyone in the league stuck to bpa.

I agree that based on what I read we did not do a BPA draft, but with the COVID year, this draft was unique.

We will have to wait and see how George did, but even if he struck out, he is still one of the best drafting GMs in the last 2 years.

Draft sites copy draft sites. I know from working on draft sites for a decade. Don't always base BPA off draft sites.. Nobody has better draft value then the 32 NFL teams picking these guys. Trust it..

I am not jumping in the air after this draft but there are things I like about it and only time will tell.

In this draft in particular - due the covid extra year - middle round guys 4-7 was a wild crap shoot and teams had make evaluations based on subjective stuff and perceived team needs.

Star draft no depth draft yes. Teams hope they add role players and 1 hit.
