Per the article, the two players involved were suspended for a year way back in November right after the incident happened. 1 Transferred to Oregon, 1 is practicing with the team, but obviously not playing.

Maybe some media distraction potential, but shouldn't impact the game much.

I'm with gordon....it sounds like the same two....Bullock and Austin. Are you saying it is not these two, but two new students currently playing on UNC?

No no no. The complaint was filed last week and back in November, after the police investigated it, and found no evidence. I'm with you both on that.

It's just "why now?". Evidently the accuser was seeking attention and the timing of the attention was right before this game?
