I think Brady should be given extra credit for destroying his cell phone. Every single time "the league" has any sensitive information it gets leaked to the media. It just happened again in the Josh Gordon appeal situation where it leaked that he had failed another test.

You can't ask somebody to voluntarily give up all their private info, consistently abuse that trust and not protect their privacy and then still expect them to voluntarily do it. And you definitely can't punish somebody for not voluntarily doing what you wanted them to.

This next labor agreement is going to be a fucking mess. No way the players union continues to just go along with this. And obviously the league is fighting tooth and nail to keep this obscene power.

Seeing Wells said that he didn't need Brady's phone and was handed all the transcripts, what does breaking the cell phone have to do with anything. I 1 for sure wouldnt hand over my cell phone to anybody unless it was concerning a murder and keeping me out of the joint.

BINGO !!!!!.....The appellate court has examined all the evidence and ruled, it will be, as they say down south, pert near impossible to get another court to over turn that decision without clear and substantial new evidence...
And we all know they have nothing but speculation and accusations....
Unlikely they will waste the courts time to even hear it again....
Clearly Tom is just trying to ride the stay out another season so he can retire and never serve the suspension, me no think it will work hombre !!!!!
