I listen to this station occasionally. The early morning guys (6-10am) are idiots and I rarely tune in for more than 5 minutes. The 10am-2pm slot is a bit better and the afternoon guys are not good.................... at all.

Boston sports media doesn't typically suffer from "Homerism". There is a long and storied history of negativity towards the local pro teams in the sports pages.

The 6-10 guys go for laughs first, so that's a crapshoot. They have had their moments.

They like to make fun of the red-neck south ("Guess which state that is" ) with radio clips and yes it can be very funny.

The mid-days are more sports oriented(Zolak and Beutran) and do a good job on the Patriots.

The afternoon guys Felger and Mazz make their living on being negative about the local teams even when they like them.
