I just checked the standings, I guess they're doing an OK job

Great they are fighting for their life to hold off a team they were supposed to absolutely bury this season

And they've been absolutely buried by said team in their 19 game matchups

Cheat better

Yeah keep lowering expectations, that will make it feel better.

11-8 = "absolutely buried"

Lowering expectations?

I'd cut off my nutsack to get to face the Red Sox in October

Expectations are what they are, 100% had the Sox winning the East

Close to that number had the Yankees near the bottom in a transitional season

Yeah because you didn't say earlier in the season that the window is closed on the Red Sox. Now switching your tune to "they were supposed to beat them".

Yeah the window is closing, the Sox aren't getting past the real power in the AL

And if the Yankees don't win the East this season, I won't be the only one that thinks they will own it again for years to come beginning in 18

Not from me

I can't speak for the other 80 million "experts" and fans that predicted it

I'm sure you'll forget about this just like you forgot about saying the window was closed.

It's been worse . . . In the past dirt has referred to the Yankees as "the little choo choo that could."

Just going off of your posts, I'd say you cut off both of your nutsacks years ago

So the Red Sox went into the season as favorites and they have lived up to that by leading the division virtually all year. And you are criticizing them for that? Whaddaya stoopid?
