I could see the Sabres dealing Vanek & Miller before firing Regier. Sabres (Pegula) are going to say that they are rebuilding, so it's going to take some time for the young players to gel and get better as a team. This type of start is what they were expecting. blah...blah...blah

The Sabres would have to be at 10 wins or less by Olympic Break before Regier gets canned IMO.
