Fox needs to put more games on the main station like this. FS1 is a freaking joke and a failure. They did better putting games on FX last year. ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, and ESPN should be the main home for college football. The Pac 12 and Big 12 are getting screwed by FOX with their half ass commitment to college football. Kinda off topic but hopefully this is a wake up call that they can compete when they put quality football games on their main station. They need to shit or get off the pot.

That was probably the best officiated game I watched all year. That was a great crew.

The current 10-year B1G tier one contract with ESPN/ABC expires in 2016. Expectations in the media industry predict a significant bidding war in 2016 for the new contract, boasting unprecedented, crazy high numbers.

FOX is 51% owner of the BTN (Big Ten Network), and they are expected to be a major participant in the 2016 B1G contract bidding procedures.

If FOX successfully secures the B1G tier one contract, I would expect to see a lot of B1G football games on FOX & FS1, and possibly FX, and even FS2 (formally FUEL). If FOX wins the bidding, I look forward to seeing/hearing Gus Johnson call more B1G football games...Gus could make tiddlywinks seem exciting!

i wonder how many millions of those people viewing the game were tuning in just to find out where the SEC champion would go.

One team that played no ranked team to that point gave up well over 200 yards of rushing.

The other gave up 34 points.

Hardly a defensive gem.

At least we know Auburn and Missouri were good prior to the SECCG because they had beaten real teams before they played each other.

If Michigan State and Ohio State both lose their bowl games (Ohio State losing would be :L) then I might not have either in my final top 15. If Michigan State doesn't get blown out they might find themselves around #10.
