Chuck seemed so focused on trying to figure out how Jimmy would trip him up.

My guess is that it's Chuck, not Jimmy, that has to lose his license until he is cleared medically.
Perhaps the two sides strike a deal in which Jimmy can still practice law, but not with the name McGill.

I think I remember him telling Walter White that his ex wife left him for his brother on the episode when Walt found out Skyler was banging Ted. I could be wrong. I'll have to watch that episode again tonight.

I started from the beginning to pick up on little things I don't remember, just got to this episode. Saul says his second wife left him for his step dad. Just some Saul BS.
