I'm saying there are reason to vote Rivers ( even though I disagree ), McNabb or Ryan. All those guys have edges in some manner or another ( Rivere in total numbers, McNabb in playoff results , Ryan is a great combination of both ). There's really no way to have Romo at 1 unless you're just using the infamous "eye test" which, if you are, you may as well just rename the thread to "which of these quarterbacks did you like more"So your complaint is that he didn't compile enough stats? Weren't you earlier complaining that all Rivers did was compile stats?
Statistically speaking, Romo deserves to be in the conversation. Even though his numbers aren't prodigious, they do speak to how effective Romo was as passer. He was one of the most efficient passers, even if he didn't have overly-gaudy numbers.

Same difference . We are comparing guys who haven't won the big one so there are only 3 ways to do that. Stats, results or a combo. Romo is far behind in all 3 .Or perhaps you're just wrong, as Romo is the 2nd highest vote better behind Rivers. Neither have been to a SB.
They're leading because they proved to be good QBs. Which is what the poll asks. Who is the best QB. Not, who won more.
Romo is far behind in all 3 .
I disagree. The "eye test" should play a factor.Same difference . We are comparing guys who haven't won the big one so there are only 3 ways to do that. Stats, results or a combo. Romo is far behind in all 3 .
I picked Ryan.
mcnabb actually deserves zero votes. Any Qb that can piss away one of the greatest defenses for that kinda longevity & come away with zero championships shouldn't be considered for one of the best. As a Cowboys fan we are lucky Foles wasnt playing as Mcnabbs back up, back then.
pretty sure he could throw the ball into the ground in the flats to a wide open player.Considering that Foles was a teenager at the time, I'm not sure he was quite ready to play as McNabb's backup.
