this little baby was my first muscle car

it had Muscular Dystrophy though...151 c.u. inline "IRON DUKE" motor.

Nice contact paper wood paneling. We used to call that "still in the crate".

Pops Racer had a 66 Skylark ragtop when I was a kid. No GS hotrod stuff unfortunately, but it did have a "Wildcat" V-8 (around 300 cubes if I remember correctly) and it was the coolest car on the block

Opel is just what they call GM in Europe, right? Maybe not back then? If so, I wonder if that's a 'vette chassis or something??

opel was gm but it was way smaller than a vet ..it was a little shorter than the 280z

Hmmm. I'll have to read about that. I was always amazed how Fords and GMs looked so much different in their Euro counterparts. One of those could be my next weird daily driver when I get sick of the Mustang.
