Coaching issue you think, drafting, or both you think?

Starts with the GM, although slightly in his defense, slim pickings in the draft and free agency this offseason, very slight benefit of the doubt

Secondly, there is a false sense of belief that throughout the org that Flowers and Jerry are improving players, based solely on draft position. Flowers a high 2nd rounder, if he was a 7th rounder, he'd be long gone

And Thirdly, they relied too much on the continuity factor, assuming improvement for a unit because they are staying together intact

Mostly on the GM at the end of the day

Dallas matches up well with Denver cause Denver doesnt stop the run

Little known fact is that Dak Prescott is the worst 3rd and long passer in the NFL, but it goes mostly unnoticed because Dallas never finds themselves in that position

The team that eventually slows down Zeke, will be the team to beat the Cowboys

And of course the team that has a better offense than the Giants

You are thinking of the Broncos of last year when it comes to run defense.

Yes, I guess the jury is out this year

One game definitely doesn't erase all of last year and what happened but they definitely showed something I don't remember seeing at any point last year in the ability to hold their ground and even push the pocket back. They added some major bulk with 2 330 lb. men in Kerr and Peko while also watching 3 of their own guys add about 15-20 lbs. of muscle over the offseason knowing they were too small last year. This year's starting DL depending on who starts the game have added close to 80 extra lbs. compared to last year's unit.

Definitely interested in seeing the No Fly Zone vs. Dak and the Boys offense. Also like to see more from Siemian. Looked good on Monday. See how he handles a D that made Eli Manning without Odell Beckham look like Eli Manning in general.

The question should be what's the second best matchup of the week after the Packers game. I'll go with the Vikes vs Steelers. Vikes look awesome (against the aints) while the Steelers squeaked by the Brownies. I think Vikes will give them a run for their money.

Other than my own teams game I'm looking most forward to NE/NO. That game could really be a shootout if both Ds are anywhere near as bad as they looked week 1

Chiefs are (assuming NE makes the playoff [a formality]) 34-6 against teams that do not make the playoffs since Andy Reid became the coach in 2013. Litmus test for Philly.

no votes for Cowboys vs Broncos???

da fuq

That's the one I want to see. Don't see the Boys playing at Mile High very often and 2 tough D's. No offense but GB played Atl a few times last year

I'm obviously looking forward to the Broncos and the Boys but the Packers/Falcons game is the marquee match up for the week.

Based off last week, I disagree. The Falcons looked like trash and might be experiencing a SB hangover. I have them missing the playoffs (Bucs and Panthers out of the NFC South) and they didn't let me down.

PS: I realize it was just 1 game but I just think they'll have a letdown after the way they finished the SB.

For me, it's Dallas vs Denver.

Lots of good match ups but the Minn vs Pitt game intrigues me the most. This could go a long way toward telling us if either of these two teams are just pretenders. Or tell us we have two legit teams albiet thru week 2.

Give me GB vs Atl for my second choice. If Atlanta doesn't show up it goes a long way toward a possible SB hangover. This game also shows how improved the GB D is or was it just a fluke against that terrible Seattle O of week one?

Packers vs Falcons easily is the top draw here, but several good intriguing match ups.
