Being an NBA referee

Is there any sort of pre requisite required? Or just a simple application that you would send to your local mcdonalds?

I have been watching NBA more than usual recently at the morons who control these games is getting out of hand.

Ya just idiotic. The foul couple minutes earlier where brewer didn't touch Durant was awful too.

Then there have been time where Rubio is murdered, nothing. Brewer and Pek barely touched, but they wait to call foul til the shot is missed.

Usually why I just watch playoffs.

At least Durant and love are both going off so it's entertaining

Bad refs are just a part of the game. Everyone has to deal with them. Hate how they give superstars every call, though.

It is more varied than that. The Raptors were doing everything but hitting the Pacers with clubs down the stretch in that game at Toronto. I am not sure if someone mouthed off to them and pissed them off or what happened.

While I am clearly not a Heat fan, I am sure their base will tell you there are nights when the same thing happens to their team. Seems like the refs occasionally just say: "fuck you guys, you ain't winning this one. Take that and stick it up your record book."

And yes, several times probably a week games are fixed by various syndicates for all the same reasons. Most notably all of the games in the ECF and Finals.
