I'll always love the Titans but have never been more frustrated than I am now. We've botched the draft for so many years in a row that it's time to take the next 18 months off and rebuild. Hire me as GM and I'll get it done, starting with releasing CJ and drafting solidly for beef. The biggest, baddest D-Linemen available in the first two rounds, then O-Line. No more non-name WR in the first-round and no QBs at all. I say keep the three QBs we have now and go with it. Build around 'em. This is all based on firing everyone on the staff below GM. It's humiliating that no one in management held the coaching staff responsible for the absurd lack of stability and consistency. Heads shoulda rolled a long time ago.
