to each their own but that whole concept is ridiculous. that's no different than someone who says their a fan of like 3 different teams. its one thing to like how a player helps his team...maybe hope said player comes to your team you cheer for. but you fit the model for being a fan of a player...knicks haven't contended for anything in a long time.

Not sure I agree. I'm a die-hard Lakers fan. But I also like the Suns. If the Suns are playing anyone other than the Lakers, I'm pulling for them unless a Suns win can hurt the Lakers playoff seeding. The reason is that I am the only Lakers fan in a family of Suns fans.

Doesn't mean I'm not as die-hard as ever re: the Lakers or that I wear or even own Suns gear. Just means I like the team.
