Bama schedules a tough one in 2019

Just found out this morning that Alabama is in the midst of trying to finalize home-and-home series with Texas & USC.

think that was posted earlier. I'm hoping they do. I would love to see a home and home series.

I'm kinda hoping SC's home and home series with Texas. Leads to an SC home and home with Oklahoma. SC/OU would be another series at the top of my list.

Not for me. I just look at the bottom of the standings and I can find all of 'em pretty easily.

Must be tough pulling for UTEP, Kansas, Illinois & Oregon St. in football season. But at least Kansas is good in basketball & OSU is usually pretty good in baseball.

My Miners are the only ones that will stay on there regardless of their performance.

Those others earned their way onto my favorites by being crappy. I did have Rutgers on there...but they won too many games so I kicked their ass off and replaced them with Illinois. We'll see who gets on/off my favorites this season!

I would have been embarrassed if I was in your shoes last year. Not because they didn’t win a game though. Just for the fact they could only manage to score one touchdown against a Mike Stoops defense.

Our offense was so bad we couldn't score against air.

We scored 141 points ALL year...and we played against a lot of shitty defenses...worse than Mikey's even.

I liked your coach. I thought he was onto something. He did slip a bit after his
winning season in 2014 but they were still relatively competitive against most teams.
In 2016...he won the opener vs NMxSt then they played pretty bad for 4 games, but
they rallied and were competitive the rest of the way.

I was shocked by how bad they were last year.

they rallied and were competitive the rest of the way.

I was shocked by how bad they were last year.

I like him too. He's one of ours and a real good guy.

But I wasn't surprised by their play last year. You could see it coming via poor recruiting. That and his defenses just weren't good enough to match the offense he likes to play.

The last 2 Pac12 teams Alabama played(#1 and #2 Pac12 teams that year) lost by a combined score of 83-13.

The last 2 cupcake teams we played lost by a combined score of 87-3.

So congrats on the best 2 Pac12 teams being a combined 14 points better than our last 2 FCS opponents.

Glad you brought it up. This is why Saban is the man:
