Looks like it happened a couple days back. He will be writing a book about the 3-in-5 and it looks like he will be basically a blogger.

Will he be able to survive as an independent Giants-blogger? You gotta think his fight with the players led to this. He can't even get another beat job? I am surprised about this.

I was a regular reader of Baggs when he was still with the Merc, but I actually enjoy Pavlovic much more. Baggs rubbed me the wrong way with his constant whining about Melky lying to him.

To be fair, Baggs got thrown under the bus in a pretty major way on that one.

Agreed. Milkman did Baggs wrong on that one. Of course, he did the whole team wrong.

I like Baggs, but if he's got no access to players, what good is he?

Especially since CSN ran that whole "Baggs is IN" series of ads. Then, suddenly, he isn't any more.

I liked him when he wrote for the Merc, but he sucked whale dong at CSN.

I think CSN probably constrained him a bit, kept him writing a certain formula. As an independent blogger, he can say what he wants. I'll probably still read him. Wonder who will replace him.

Alex Pavlovic is my favorite though.
